Location: situated directly on the Ybbstal cycle path and cycle path to the Steinbach valley, 1 km from the center of Göstling, 40 m to the next bus stop, 900 m to the next supermarket.
Leisure: Rubber dinghy riding at the Steinbach beach (access from the house, 100 m), Erlebniswelt Mendlingtal, Lunzer See, Ybbstaler Solebad, Dürrenstein, skiing and hiking area Hochkar etc.
