Haus Teichwiese 1 is located directly in the centre of Lackenhof at the crossroads in the direction of the lift. At the front of the house is the ‘Teichwies'n Alm’ - a local grocery store that provides you with food, souvenirs, a bistro and a small bar. The two charming country house flats ‘Ötscher’ and ‘Bergflirt’ are located at the back of the house:
- ‘Bergflirt’ flat: This flat on the first floor offers a large eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds as well as a children's room and space for up to 6 people. A balcony invites you to relax.


- Flat ‘Ötscher’: This spacious, ground floor flat with 140 m² offers a winter garden with fireplace, living room, kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms as well as a carport and a fenced garden where children and/or pets feel right at home - ideal for up to 4 people. Enjoy the view from the conservatory of the pond meadow and the hustle and bustle on the toboggan slope, while the open fireplace provides cosy warmth.
A ski storage room is available for both holiday flats.
