Description
Up to Ybbsitz's local mountain - with a magnificent view thanks to the popular viewing platform! This towers on the Prochenberg directly next to the Prochenberghütte at 1,150 meters above sea level. The spacious observation tower with telescope offers a refreshing panoramic view of the surrounding Ybbstaler mountains. The Prochenberg is often climbed from Ybbsitz - as well as a shorter hike from Haselsteinerhof or from the pilgrimage site Maria Seesal.
By the way: Mountain bikers also love the challenging route with rewarding views.
