Since October 2021, the Lietz store in Ybbsitz has opened its doors - a place to linger, enjoy and browse gifts, which wants to invite its visitors on a mini-vacation. The store concept is unusual and probably unique in Austria: concept store, delicatessen and gas station in an architecturally appealing ambience, planned by the Waidhofner architecture firm w30.

Do things with passion or not at all - is one of the family's guiding principles, brought to life in the Lietz store. The own passion for quality, for good and beautiful things wanted to find space. This is how the Lietz store came into being, with its current range of Mediterranean specialties, design objects for everyday life, sustainable stationery, and special cookery and children's books. From the very beginning, it was clear that the Lietz store would offer the best Italian coffee. After a coffee tasting, the decision was made easily and quickly - it had to be Hausbrandt Trieste 1892.

Anyone who enters the Lietz store is immersed in a world of leisure, pleasure and joie de vivre. Hand-picked food specialties from small manufactories in Italy, France, Spain or Belgium join high-quality and sustainable stationery, beautiful things for everyday life or children's books. The selected children's books all have the potential to become real favorites for the whole family.

The Lietz store wants to be the first port of call for fine souvenirs - everyone who is invited on the weekend or spontaneously will find a beautiful and perhaps not everyday gift every day. Therefore, a principle of the assortment is that all goods are not only high quality inside but also visually appealing.
