In Traisen Valley, you will find fragrant, multifaceted wines with a delicate structure and a special mineral note. They are among the best wines Austria has to offer. This wine growing area is the latest one in Lower Austria to be officially designated as such and encompasses about 815 hectares of vineyards. Grüner Veltliner is the most widely planted grape and thrives in the diverse soils found here.
