A museum to touch. The exhibition called "Kurioseum" (a blend of the German words for curious and museum) perfectly matches the concept of a science centre. Especially children find it enticing and exciting to try and explore everything by themselves. Fascinating topics from the world of physics – light, acoustics, illusions, mechanics, astronomy, optics and technology – are presented in a comprehensible way here.

Coloured shadows? Curved light? How does that even work? Or why is the "Bernoullie ball" floating in the air as if held by magic? All of this and lots more is waiting for you to be explored and tested in the Kurioseum in Purgstall.
