Schluchtenhütte Opponitz

The Schluchtenhütte in Opponitz is situated in a dreamlike, idyllic alpine landscape at 542 m above sea level and is the starting point and end point of this exciting "Schluchtenwanderweg".

The cosy, rustic hut offers tired hikers an opportunity to rest and refresh themselves. The Schluchtenhütte is located approx. 1.5 km away from the Ybbstal cycle path and, as a "BIKE-friendly establishment", also welcomes cyclists.
